The place
The Omni Mount Washington is the great white grand hotel of the White Mountains — the 1902 landmark where the Bretton Woods monetary conference made history in 1944 — and its golf matches the setting. The Mount Washington Course is a Donald Ross design from 1915, lovingly restored, playing across the valley floor with the Presidential Range as a backdrop on nearly every hole; the Mount Pleasant nine handles warm-ups and evening loops.
